Hello, I'm Diana Fannon.

As an experienced educator and advocate, I bring over two decades of expertise in education, spanning roles as a teacher, school psychologist, and Director of Special Education. Throughout my career, I’ve navigated the evolving complexities of the educational landscape, gaining a deep understanding of how systems work—particularly when it comes to supporting students with disabilities.

My mission is to share this knowledge, helping others confidently navigate the challenges and opportunities within education to ensure that every student has the chance to succeed.

My Journey and Mission

At 17, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with epilepsy—a challenge that reshaped my perspective and introduced me to the resilience needed to navigate the unknown. Just months later, I began my journey at Yale University, stepping into a world filled with both opportunities and obstacles I hadn’t anticipated. These experiences ignited a lifelong passion for advocating for students with disabilities and supporting the families and educators who stand beside them.

Years later, this passion became even more personal when I became a parent of a child with a disability. Suddenly, I found myself navigating the system from a parent’s perspective, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and triumphs that families experience every day.

Today, I bring together my personal journey and professional expertise—spanning roles as a teacher, bilingual school psychologist, and Director of Special Education—to empower others. My mission is to equip parents with the tools and knowledge they need to confidently navigate the educational system, advocate effectively for their children, and create pathways for success.

Together, we can ensure that every student receives the support they deserve and is given the opportunity to realize their full potential.
